• Highly organized with multi-deadline management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Market new and renewal commercial submissions, negotiate terms, and secure optimal coverage for clients.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and insurer partners to align placement strategies with client objectives.
• Manage timelines, follow up on underwriting requirements, and ensure smooth execution of placements and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance markets to support long-term capacity and pricing stability.
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to corporate procedures, and support operational consistency across placements.
