Job summary

DGA Careers in Calgary is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a busy team at a growing brokerage. You will manage a personal lines book, respond to client inquiries, and process policy changes while identifying protection opportunities.

You will support retention and growth, communicate with carriers and colleagues, and maintain accurate client records in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Licensing and Epic experience are preferred.

The Opportunity

A growing insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join its busy Calgary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a personal lines book of business and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will provide responsive day-to-day service while helping support a team managing a significant volume of business.

The organization will train on internal processes, but it is looking for someone who has already demonstrated success, accountability and a strong work ethic in a previous insurance role.
