BroadStreet Partners is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join one of our Canadian brokerage partners. This role will manage and service a personal lines insurance portfolio while partnering closely with clients, Producers, and Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience managing a personal lines book of business.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and brokerage systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned commercial accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
• Prepare submissions, applications, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and policy documentation.
• Coordinate renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and other servicing needs.
• Review coverage and policies to identify discrepancies and opportunities.
• Obtain and evaluate quotes, coverage options, and terms from carriers.
• Support Producers with new business, renewals, and client retention.
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation within brokerage systems.
• Provide responsive, knowledgeable service to clients and internal partners.

• Active provincial general insurance/broker license appropriate to the location of employment is required.
• For Ontario roles, RIBO licensing at the level appropriate for the position is required.

• CIP or CAIB designation is preferred.
