Job summary

Bird Nason Contracting Group is seeking local Apprentices and Journeyperson Pipefitters for a project in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. The role involves process piping and equipment installations, with a schedule of 14 days on and 7 days off, averaging 10 hours per day.

The candidate should hold a Journeyperson or Apprentice certificate, with CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, Fall Protection, MEWP, and Confined Space certifications. On-site safety and compliance are priorities, and accommodations are not provided.

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyperson Certificate or Apprentice Certificate.
  • CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 required.
  • Fall Protection, MEWP and Confined Space certifications.
  • Experience on major industrial project sites preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process piping and equipment installations.
  • Threading, cutting, grooving, bending, and measuring piping.
  • Work with plans and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
  • Hydrostatic testing of installed piping systems.
  • Ensure EH&S and OH&S compliance on site.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Process piping and equipment installations
