We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pipefitter Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist experienced pipefitters in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the pipefitting industries while developing essential skills in fabrication and welding.

Duties

• Assist in the installation of piping systems for various applications.
• Help maintain and repair existing piping systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize hand tools and basic math skills to measure and cut pipes accurately.
• Fabricate pipe fittings and components as directed by lead pipefitters.
• Support welding activities by preparing materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision in all tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, or related fields is preferred.
