CBI Home Health in Peterborough, ON is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Care Program. You will assess and treat clients in their homes, focusing on rebuilding strength and function after hospitalization, and reducing readmissions through hands-on care.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $75.66 – $90.86 per visit.

What you will need to be successful

• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
• A commitment to person and family-centered care
• Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
• A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
