Job summary

CBI Health - Hawkesbury is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Care Program in the Hawkesbury region. As a PT, you'll help patients rebuild strength and function after hospitalization, delivering hands-on, community-based care.

The role offers part-time, casual and Independent Contractor opportunities with flexible scheduling; comprehensive benefits and employee perks; must be registered and bilingual English/French; travel within the community is required.

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Fluent English and French communication.
• Ability to travel within the community; valid driver's license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services as part of the Integrated Care Program.
• Help patients rebuild strength and function after hospitalization.
• Travel to patients' homes within the Hawkesbury region to deliver hands-on, community-based care.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $74.52 - $82.80 per visit.

What you will need to be successful

• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Fluent English and French
• Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required
• A commitment to person and family-centered care
• Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
• A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
