Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Supervisor, Production to lead a team of pharmacy assistants, technicians and pharmacists. You will oversee daily workflows, ensure accurate and efficient operations, and support the Pharmacy Operations Management Team to meet regulatory standards.

The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining schedule stability, and driving improvements in patient care and service delivery across stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (5) years of pharmacy work experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience; ability to manage others and build effective teams.
• Leadership qualification or willingness to obtain is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow to prioritize and manage efficiencies within the pharmacy team.
• Regularly meet Pharmacy Management Team to share information and improve operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through change management and best practices.
