• Support medication reviews, chronic disease management, and expanded scope pharmacy services.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
• Mentor, support, and develop pharmacy team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations, professional standards, and company policies.
• Monitor pharmacy performance and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote patient health outcomes through evidence-based pharmacy practice.
• Contribute to pharmacy growth and community engagement initiatives.
