Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist looking to join a patient-focused independent community pharmacy where they can make a meaningful impact every day.

Working alongside an experienced pharmacy team, you will provide exceptional patient care, deliver a wide range of clinical services, and build strong relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care through medication management, counselling, and clinical services.
  • Conduct medication reviews, chronic disease management, prescribing, vaccinations, and other expanded scope pharmacy services.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy assistants and technicians to provide efficient workflow and service.
  • Support pharmacy operations while contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Saskatchewan pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacist in Saskatchewan or eligible for licensure.
  • Previous community pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
