Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary care team alongside physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, our clinical services include compliance packaging, MedsChecks, minor ailments assessments, and vaccine administration. Reports to: Director of Business Operations and Growth

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Your Day to Day:
  • Oversee overall pharmacy operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services.
  • Lead and support pharmacy staff through hiring input, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development.
  • Ensure full compliance with CPBC standards and all provincial/federal pharmacy regulations, including controlled substances management and documentation.
  • Supervise prescription processing, dispensing accuracy, inventory control, and workflow optimization.
  • Provide clinical oversight, including medication reviews, drug therapy problem identification, prescribing support (where applicable), and patient counseling.
  • Act as a key liaison with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to support integrated patient care.
  • Manage pharmacy budgets, monitor KPIs (e.g., efficiency, cost, service levels), and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Oversee pharmacy technology systems (dispensing software, EHRs, automation tools) and support process improvements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and operational planning in collaboration with senior leadership.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent qualification.
  • Active licensure and good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC).
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, clinical practice, and regulatory requirements in BC.
  • Experience with pharmacy management systems (e.g., Kroll), EHR platforms, and Microsoft Office.
