Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead Pharmasave Crescent Heights in Medicine Hat, AB. This full-time role focuses on patient-centered care and efficient operations.

You will manage a team, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee dispensing, inventory, and clinical services, while supporting growth and quality improvement. Licensure with Alberta College of Pharmacists and injection certification are required, along with competitive wages and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
