Summary: To manage the overall operations of the Pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, practicing to full scope in professional services, dispensing medication, and assisting in the maintenance of the dispensary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Pharmacy and Customer Service: Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy, practice within legal requirements, ensure privacy, provide counseling, practice to full scope, be identifiable to the public, ensure accuracy of prescriptions, communicate with healthcare professionals, and maintain records.
2. Workflow and Inventory Management: Control access, review workflow queues, manage stock and inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations regarding controlled substances.
3. Operations: Maintain a professional environment, handle financial reports, respond to store communications, and file incident reports as needed.
4. Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrate decision-making, leadership, customer service excellence, problem-solving, proficiency with pharmacy systems, safety compliance, and ongoing education.
