Pharmacy Manager

We provide a variety of pharmacy services like diabetes management, heart health management, asthma/COPD management, women’s health, general health and wellness, medication management, community health resources, injection/travel health, and more.

We’re looking to add a new member to our team and continue our tradition of exceptional, personal service. That’s where you come in.

As our new Pharmacy Manager, your role will be to oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy. You’ll oversee store managers, staff, and pharmacy techs, build strategic initiatives, and work with patients. You’ll need a strong sense of organization, purpose, and caring. Comfort in dealing with a range of patients, including those with mental health challenges, is essential. You will also interact with support staff, physicians, and government agencies.

Most importantly, you’ll bring strong leadership skills to ensure everyone is aligned. You’ll drive sales, discover new opportunities, and understand how our business is performing and why. Working with your management team, you’ll set strategies, oversee execution, and help us grow. As an experienced pharmacist, you’ll bring a compassionate, patient-first focus. Knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding is a plus, as we pride ourselves on tailored solutions for our patients. Being community-minded—supporting local events, volunteering, and building relationships—is vital.

Qualifications

  • Member of and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists / licensed across Canada
  • Experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy manager, especially in retail
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Experience with clinical services and natural health
  • Experience with independent small business is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel, inventory, scheduling)
  • Knowledge of pharmacy billing, accounting, and operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • Injection certification or willingness to obtain
