Job summary

BD is seeking a Pharmacy Automation Product Manager to lead the Parata vial portfolio within the Medication Management Solutions business in Canada. You will work closely with the regional Marketing team, Clinical Sales Consultants, Professional Services, Health IT and Sales to drive strategic execution and accelerate growth for the platform.

Reporting to the marketing leader, this role focuses on product positioning, customer segmentation, and the development of annual strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is an asset.
• 2–5 years of business experience in the medical device industry; marketing, sales, sales training or business development experience.
• Experience with pharmacy automation in a Canadian healthcare environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product marketing plans for the BD Parata vial portfolio within the Canadian Medication Management Solutions space.
• Guide pricing, contracting, and product mix strategies to meet financial and market objectives.
• Forecast demand, manage RFP/contract processes, and coordinate with global platform marketing on lifecycle and readiness.
• Create selling tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform strategies.
• Travel approximately 20% within Canada and the US to support national conferences and events.
