Job summary

BD, a global medical technology company, seeks a Deployment Consultant to guide customers through implementation of Medication Management Solutions. The role covers pharmacy and nursing workflows, with field-based duties across ON and QC and up to 80% travel across Canada.

RN designation and strong clinical/technical experience are essential. Responsibilities include leading site assessments, stakeholder management, design facilitation, and end-user training on BD software and hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a health-related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a medical device or healthcare environment with clinical and technical involvement.
• Must hold a Registered Nurse designation.

Responsibilities

• Leads customer site and workflow assessments and guides design/implementation of BD Medication Management Solutions.
• Provides team support and clinical/technical information related to BD solutions.
• Manages customer stakeholder teams and communicates concisely across groups.
• Facilitates conference calls and meetings to advance design/implementation goals.
• Establishes rapport to foster long-term business relationships.
• Installs, validates and trains end users on BD technologies.
