Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking a Field Service Representative based in Nova Scotia to support installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of robotic pharmacy automation systems.

You will travel ~50% to customer sites across NS and possibly other provinces, perform on-site repairs, update software, complete service reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering, industrial mechanics, automation or other relevant training.
• Two (2) plus years experience in a field service role for automation/technical service.
• Ability to travel and work in clinical/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and perform repairs.
• Carry out maintenance on robotic systems and assist clients with installations.
• Update equipment and software according to procedures.
• Prepare service reports and participate in process improvements.
• Support scheduling and adapt to rotating shifts as needed.

Skills

Fluency in English
