Job summary

BD is seeking a Deployment Consultant to guide customer stakeholders through the implementation of BD Medication Management Solutions. You will lead site assessments, design and deployment phases, and coordinate cross-functional BD and client teams across Canada.

The role requires clinical and technical expertise in pharmacy workflows and automated dispensing systems. You will train end users, maintain project documentation and foster long-term customer relationships while traveling up to 80%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
• Must hold a Canadian Pharmacist (RPh) or RPhT designation.
• 5+ years in a medical device or healthcare environment, with clinical and technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer site and workflow assessments and facilitate the project design and deployment phases for BD Medication Management Solutions.
• Provide team support and product, clinical and technical information related to BD Medication Management Solutions.
• Manage customer stakeholder teams, gain consensus within teams and deliver concise and consistent communication.
• Facilitate conference calls and customer meetings to progress the design and deployment goals in collaboration with BD and Customer project managers and teams.
• Establishes rapport with customers that is conducive to long-term business relationships.
• Install, validate and train end users on the use of BD Medication Management Solutions technologies (software & hardware).
• Maintains documentation related to customer projects, expenses, compliance documentation and reports.
