Are you an organized and detail‑oriented professional with a passion for pharmacy operations? We need someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, enjoys problem‑solving, and excels in communication. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be the main point of contact for our Partner Vendor, responsible for ensuring smooth interactions with clients and resolving issues promptly.

What You’ll Do

• Understand and comply with College of Pharmacists bylaws and regulations.
• Process and prepare prescriptions with precision.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer support.
• Identify patients in need of improved medication adherence.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and monitor patient records.
• Assist with all other Pharmacy Assistant duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Owner(s).

Additional Details

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
• Work is primarily performed at our PartnershipRX location in Surrey.
• Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may include weekends).
• Start date: ASAP.
• Closing date: Open until the right candidate is found.
