Are you detail-oriented and passionate about optimizing fulfillment workflows? We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys problem-solving, and embraces technology to enhance patient care. As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be responsible for handling prescriptions with precision, working with various online platforms, and ensuring our fulfillment process runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
  • Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas are organized.
  • Optimize fulfillment workflows through prioritization and logical task management.
  • Independently complete tasks with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets to track and monitor customer records.
  • Learn and utilize multiple online platforms and software tools, including:
    • Slack
    • Zendesk
    • Pharmacy Management Systems
    • G-Suite
    • Asana
    • FedEx Webservices
    • Canada Post Desktop
  • Follow the Company’s Required Operating Procedures (ROPs) and SOPs at all times.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality in accordance with Provincial and Federal regulations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve current processes with innovative ideas.

  • Accuracy in data entry is mandatory.
Additional Details:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Work is primarily performed at our PartnershipRX location in Surrey.
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may include weekends).
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Closing date: Open until the right candidate is found.
