Position Overview

Reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Manager, the Staff Pharmacist will contribute to improving access to medication for patients throughout Canada as part of our central fill operation. You’ll be involved in a technology‑driven environment that aims to streamline pharmacy workflows, enhance patient care, and support our network of partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and customer service through quality, accuracy, and on‑time processing of prescriptions.
  • Manage inventory levels of drugs and packaging supplies; coordinate medication orders with wholesalers or drug manufacturers.
  • Maintain records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and establish working protocols to deliver an excellent patient experience.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of technological solutions that optimize pharmacy workflows and patient care.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance patient experience, education, and order fulfillment.
Education And Experience
  • Proficient with Pharmacy Software Systems
  • Attention to detail as it relates to medication preparation, labeling, and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self‑directed and able to work independently
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with computers and innovative technology
  • Fluent in English
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm‑D
  • In good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • 1+ year of experience working within Canada as a pharmacist

What We Offer Starting Salary: $60.00 per hour

Conditions

Work is performed primarily from our PartnershipRX location in Surrey. The successful candidate will work Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
