Job summary
Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team in New Brunswick. You will deliver patient-centered care, support disease state management, and participate in vaccination and injection programs across banners.
A recognized Pharmacy degree and a valid provincial license are required. You will work within a collaborative health care environment, ensure prescription safety, maintain documentation, and stay current with regulatory requirements while helping patients
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province.
- Injection and First Aid Certification.
- Kroll software experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care and counseling.
- Deliver disease state management, adherence, and injections.
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
- Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ensure prescription safety and regulatory compliance.
