Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team across banners in Canada. You will provide patient-centered care, conduct medication reviews, and support clinical services while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will counsel patients, participate in disease state management, and collaborate with technicians to maintain a seamless, high-quality pharmacy experience for our communities in Nova Scotia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province.
• Injection and First Aid Certification.
• Kroll software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies to patients and caregivers, tailoring approach to patient needs.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
• Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide health and wellness services.
• Ensure prescription safety by prioritizing technical functions and delegating tasks as required.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry developments; attend trainings.
