Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team. You will deliver patient-centered care, counsel patients on therapies, and participate in vaccine and health services programs across Sobeys banners.

Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration with teammates are essential as you help meet community health needs. Requires pharmacy licensure and injection/First Aid certification; Kroll experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid Certification.
• Kroll software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while prioritizing patient-centered care across services.
• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies to patients and caregivers.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellence in health and wellness services.
