Sobeys Inc. is hiring a licensed Pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team. You will provide patient-centered care, counsel on therapies, and participate in comprehensive health services across banners nationwide.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with a BSc in Pharmacy and active license.
• Injection and First Aid certification required or current.
• Kroll software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy and patient-centered care.
• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies.
• Initiate care plans, follow up and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide health and wellness services.
• Ensure safe dispensing and delegate tasks to technicians as needed.
• Stay informed about pharmacy services and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
