Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team in Canada. You will provide patient counseling, manage therapies, and ensure safe, high-quality care across locations.

You’ll collaborate with technicians and clinicians to deliver a seamless pharmacy experience while adhering to regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates hold a BSc in Pharmacy, a provincial license, and certifications in Injection/First Aid, with experience using Kroll software or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the relevant province is required.
• Strong patient counseling and education skills.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient counseling and education on therapies and adherence.
• Initiate care plans, document care and follow up with patients.
• Collaborate with team to deliver consistent pharmacy experiences.
• Prioritize prescription safety and supervise technicians as needed.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and company programs.
