Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team. You will provide patient-centered care, counseling on therapies, and ensure safe, compliant medication management across our pharmacy network.

Responsibilities include initiating care plans, documentation, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver health and wellness services. Injection and First Aid certification are required, with Kroll software experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid Certification.
• Kroll software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while prioritizing patient-centered care and excellence in service, workflows, and clinical services.
• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies to patients and caregivers, tailored to literacy, hearing loss, and privacy.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver health and wellness services across locations to ensure a seamless pharmacy experience.
