Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team, delivering patient-centered care across banners such as Sobeys, Safeway, and FreshCo. You will counsel patients, manage therapies, and support safe, compliant pharmacy services.

Responsibilities include initiating care plans, documenting interactions, and collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive health services in a fast-paced environment across our Canadian locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while providing patient-centered care and promoting workflow efficiencies.
• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies to patients and caregivers, tailoring approach to literacy, hearing, and privacy needs.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and document thoroughly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver health and wellness services to all patients.
