Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid Certification.
• Kroll software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy and compassion while focusing on patient-centered care.
• Provide patient counselling and education for new therapy.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide health & wellness services across locations.
• Ensure prescription safety and supervise technicians as required.
