Sobeys is seeking a Pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team. You will provide patient‑centered care, offer counseling on therapies, and manage medication reviews and vaccinations across Sobeys pharmacies.

This role emphasizes collaboration with team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality health services and maintain strict regulatory compliance. The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and an active Pharmacist license in good standing in the province of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing in the province of responsibility.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy and compassion while delivering patient‑centered care and excellent service.
• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies to patients and caregivers.
• Initiate care plans, follow up and complete proper documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide health and wellness services across locations.
