Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a BSc Pharmacy and be licensed in the province.
• Injection and First Aid Certification required.
• Kroll software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth and provide patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide patient counseling for new therapies and tailor approaches to patient needs.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver health and wellness services across locations.
• Ensure prescription safety and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy programs and regulatory requirements.
