Save-On-Foods in 100 Mile House, BC is hiring a Pharmacist for a 12-month temporary role starting July 2026. The position focuses on patient-centred care, vaccinations, and optimizing clinical opportunities within a thriving pharmacy team.

You will provide private consultations, medication management, and health screenings while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous professional development in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
• The ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge when required.
• Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
• Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.
• Ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Remaining current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
• Offering private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
• Providing clinical services including medication management and health screening.

We are hiring for a Pharmacist at our location in 100 Mile House, BC.

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 12 months, beginning in July 2026.

Compensation Details:

$68.00 - $71.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
