Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Penticton, BC is hiring a Pharmacist to oversee daily operations, provide vaccinations, and deliver patient-centred clinical services.

The role requires a Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing, injection certification, and experience with pharmacy software (Kroll). OAT experience and additional certifications are considered assets. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus are offered.

We are hiring for a Pharmacist at our location in Penticton, BC.

This role is eligible for a signing bonus and relocation assistance for the successful candidate.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
• Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.
• Ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Remaining current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
• Offering private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
• Providing clinical services including medication management and health screening.

You have:

• A Canadian Pharmacist licence and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
• Your injection certification.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
• The ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge when required.
• Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).

Compensation Details:

$61.00 - $64.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
