Job summary

Save-On-Foods invites a licensed Pharmacist to join our brand‑new Kamloops pharmacy, delivering patient‑centred care and expanding clinical services including vaccinations and health screening.

You will support dispensing, inventory and regulatory compliance while forming strong ties with the local community. The role includes opportunities for professional growth and a pathway into management or clinical positions.

Qualifications

• Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing with the College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software, preferably Kroll.
• OAT experience and required training.
• Ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge when required.
• Additional trainings or certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
• Maintain inventory within the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Remain current on trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
• Offer private consultations to patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
• Provide clinical services including medication management and health screening.

This role is eligible for a negotiable signing bonus and moving allowance for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Managing day‑to‑day pharmacy operations including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.

Compensation

Compensation Details: $63.00 - $66.00. The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
