Qualifications

• Experience with packaging changeover and set‑up is required.
• Ability to resolve minor and advanced difficulties such as starting and stopping fillers is required.
• Excellent command of English language with strong written, comprehension and oral communication skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical setup, calibration, and adjustment of automated filling systems during product changeovers.
• Replace and maintain mechanical components to ensure equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in packaging and filling equipment.
• Set up and changeover secondary packaging equipment like cartoner and labeler.
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Configure process parameters through HMI interfaces for automated systems.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to ensure quality standards.
• Sign off line start‑up documentation and assist with training new hires.
