Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries, Inc. is seeking a Technician II to maintain component and bulk product supply to packaging lines, perform set-up and changeovers, and operate filling lines safely in a cGMP environment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, familiarity with filling/packaging equipment, and strong English communication skills to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Experience with general tools and equipment including filling, cartooning, pumps and motorized material handling equipment is preferred.
• Experience with packaging changeover and set-up is required.
• Excellent command of the English language with strong written, comprehension and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical setup, calibration and adjustment of automated filling systems during product changeovers.
• Replace and maintain mechanical components to ensure proper equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in packaging and filling equipment.
• Set up and change parts for secondary packaging equipment based on PWO parameters.
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Configure process parameters through HMI interfaces for automated filling and packaging systems.
