Job summary

Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries, Inc. is seeking a Technician II to maintain component and bulk product supply for packaging lines. The role involves set-ups/changeovers, troubleshooting fillers and packaging equipment, and ensuring GMP compliance.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 2 years of manufacturing/packaging experience; pharmaceutical exposure is preferred. Overtime and rotating shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in manufacturing/packaging environment.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience with packaging changeover and set-up required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language with strong written, comprehension and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical setup, calibration, and adjustment of automated filling systems during product changeovers.
• Replace and maintain mechanical components including O-rings, valves, pumps, and nozzle assemblies.
• Changeover and set-up of secondary packaging equipment – cartoner, labeler, case packer, etc.
• Configure and adjust process parameters through HMI interfaces for automated filling and packaging systems.
• Assist maintenance with preventive and corrective tasks and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
