Qualifications

• Degree or college diploma in science or engineering technology.
• Minimum 5–7 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
• Ability to mentor, coach and motivate Packaging staff for EHS, quality and efficiency.
• Strong pharmaceutical cGMP background.
• Experience working in packaging environment.
• Management / supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise packaging activities of approximately 40 employees and align with production schedules.
• Provide leadership and develop personnel for growth.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and SOPs with high housekeeping standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives (5S).
• Ensure packaging line metrics (units/min, wash-up, setup, changeovers) meet targets.
• Review work orders and related cleaning and sanitation logs.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment reliability to meet scheduling.
• Manage attendance, performance, safety audits, and shift scheduling.
• Oversee payroll, Time & Attendance, hiring, and coaching duties.
