Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP standards and packaging processes.
• At least 3 years of packaging experience in pharma, food or cosmetic production.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic maintenance.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word; strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the packaging line to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Ensure SOPs, QA and safety standards are followed on the line.
• Train and supervise production staff; delegate tasks as needed.
• Coordinate line setup, changeovers, and downtime minimization.
• Maintain accurate line documentation in SAP/MES and report deviations.
