Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a diploma in Network Engineering or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level help desk support (ticketing system).
• Troubleshoot and repair end-user hardware, software, and devices.
• Escalate issues to internal teams or vendors as needed.
• Assist onboarding by preparing equipment and accounts for new staff.
• Monitor inventory of IT hardware and supplies.
