Job summary

Septodont in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking a Production Support Coordinator to help through production documentation, quality systems, training, and inventory activities while ensuring GMP compliance.

You will support continuous improvement across production, maintain batch records and SOPs, assist with purchasing, ERP transactions, and report on operations to enable efficient manufacturing and safe, compliant results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or other regulated manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Starting at approximately $65,000 CAD, with opportunity for an increase based on qualifications and experience. Total rewards include comprehensive benefits, bonus eligibility, and professional development support.
