Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a 310T Truck & Coach Technician at our London Peterbilt location. The role focuses on diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of trucks, trailers, coaches and buses in a shop setting.

The candidate must be a certified journeyperson with strong electrical diagnostic skills and a customer-service mindset. Experience with CAT, Cummins and PACCAR engines is an asset, and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

Certified Journeyperson in the Truck and Coach trade.
Experience with CAT, Cummins, PACCAR engines is an asset.
Electrical diagnosis / troubleshooting and aftertreatment systems experience is an asset.
Previous shop experience and customer service focus.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Evaluate condition, diagnose, disassemble/assemble, order parts and repair road equipment.
Use related instruments, hand and power tools, and computer systems.
Document on work orders all machine information, actions taken and time.
Ensure work is performed safely and to accepted standards.
Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required.
Other duties as assigned.
