AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents according to individualized care plans. You will assist in monitoring, documenting, and supporting residents, while adhering to IPAC guidelines and contributing to a safe, respectful environment.

The role involves participating in training, onboarding new staff, and collaborating with a diverse team to maintain a high standard of care across communities.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate/diploma required.
• Meets vocational standards set by MTCTU, NACCC, OCSA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring care per plan of care and report findings.
• Document information pertaining to resident care as directed.
• Attend in-service sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
• Assist in onboarding new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
