Qualifications
- PSW certificate or diploma in Personal Support Work.
- Meets vocational standards set by MTCU and related associations.
- Knowledge of geriatric resident care and sanitation practices.
- Ability to document care accurately and timely.
- Works collaboratively with health professionals and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care per individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
- Complete documentation as directed.
- Participate in in-service education and staff meetings.
- Assist in onboarding new staff and uphold IPAC policies.
