Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal personal lines business in accordance with company guidelines.
• Evaluate risk exposures and determine appropriate pricing and coverage terms.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical underwriting support and guidance to brokers.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements.
