Qualifications

• Solid understanding of various insurance companies and their underwriting rules.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Willing to obtain RIBO License.
• 2 years Personal Lines insurance education and/or underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Upload insurance applications on various company portals.
• Process insurance policy changes on various company portals.
• Check new business/policy changes/cancellations for accuracy.
• Follow up on pending renewals.

Skills

Solid understanding of insurance companies and underwriting rules

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

Quick learner

Willing to obtain RIBO License

Experience using Applied Epic

Experience using Compu-Quote

Additional industry designations (e.g., RIBO, CAIB, CIP)

Education

2 years Personal Lines insurance education and/or underwriting experience
