Qualifications

• Level 2 General Insurance License (Alberta) required.
• 3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently and prioritize deadlines.
• Strong client communication skills with a relationship-first mindset.
• Comfort with brokerage management systems (PowerBroker is an asset).

Responsabilités

• Manage an existing Personal Lines book including renewals, endorsements, and servicing.
• Advise clients on coverage options and provide clear, solutions-focused recommendations.
• Handle warm inbound needs and referrals as they arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed file notes in the brokerage system.
• Coordinate with internal support to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Stay current on insurer guidelines, product updates, and licensing requirements.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary between $60,000 - $85,000 aligned to experience, plus performance-based bonus potential.
