Job summary

David Aplin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Flex Broker to support multiple brokerages across a network, providing high-quality servicing and a flexible work arrangement. After training, the role can be fully remote or in-office depending on assignment and location, with potential in-person work near the supporting brokerage.

You’ll handle Home, Auto, and Property servicing, keep client satisfaction central, and adapt quickly to various brokerage workflows while collaborating

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience.
• Active RIBO license in good standing.
• Strong, hands-on EPIC experience.
• Able to adapt to different brokerage environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines Broker who wants to step away from the routine of managing one book of business and instead use their expertise to support multiple brokerage teams, work in different environments, and provide high-quality service wherever they are needed.

About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing network of insurance brokerages looking for a Personal Lines Flex Broker to join their newly established Shared Services team.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines Broker who enjoysvariety, flexibility, and supporting different teamsrather than being tied to one office or book of business. You will provide Personal Lines servicing support across a network of brokerages, stepping in where additional capacity is needed and helping maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience.

The role offers significant flexibility. Following the initial training period, the position can befully remote or in-office depending on where support is required and the candidate’s location. If you are located near the brokerage you are supporting, you may be expected to work in person.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000–$59,000 base salary, based on experience

Training & Work Arrangement

The successful candidate will be required to attend theCambridge, ON head office for the first week of training.

Following training, the position can be fully remote, subject to location and assignment requirements. Candidates who live near the brokerage they are supporting may be expected to work from that office, while candidates located farther away would not be expected to commute.
