Job summary

Collectivfide Group is seeking a Personal Lines Flex Broker to support our network of 14 brokerages and a newly established Shared Services team. This role emphasizes service, collaboration, and flexible work arrangements, with no sales targets or commissions.

You will handle day-to-day personal lines servicing, backfill for capacity, and ensure a consistent client experience across multiple brokerages. The position offers remote, hybrid, or onsite work depending on need.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of personal lines broker experience.
• Active RIBO license in good standing.
• Strong hands-on Epic experience.
• Ability to hit the ground running in new environments.
• Friendly, client-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Confidence working independently without ramp-up.
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.

As we continue to grow, Collectivfide is looking for a Personal Lines Flex Broker to join our newly established Shared Services team, a vital, service-first role supporting our network of 14 brokerages. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, friendly, adaptable, and ready to step in and make an impact wherever support is needed.

This isn’t a traditional “one desk, one book” brokerage role. It’s built for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, prides themselves on providing great customer service, and being the person teams rely on when it matters most.

In this role, you’ll support multiple brokerages across our network, bringing stability to busy teams and helping deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience… and they’ll love you for it!
