Job summary

Hello World Recruitment, in partnership with a Markham brokerage, is seeking a Personal Lines CSR with underwriting experience. You will review applications, handle policy changes and renewals, and work in PowerBroker and carrier portals to process files.

The role offers a hybrid work setup (3 days in-office) with a growth‑oriented team and commission on new business plus company-paid benefits. RIBO license and 3+ years in personal lines are required.

Qualifications

• RIBO license is required.
• 3+ years in a personal lines role, brokerage setting preferred.
• Familiarity with major personal lines markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.) and how their portals work.
• Comfort with PowerBroker

Responsibilities

• Review and assess applications before submission – accuracy and underwriting insight are key.
• Service existing personal lines clients – policy changes, renewals, inquiries.
• Work directly in PowerBroker and carrier portals to manage and process files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and great client outcomes.
